It is important to know, that only administrators of the dashboard are eligible to add/delete accesses. If you don't know, who your administrator is, please, contact your success manager.

To add access you need to follow few simple steps:

  1. Click on the little wheel in the top left corner  (
  2. Choose "Access Settings" from the menu
  3. The window will pop up, where you will need to type in an email address of the person you'd like to make a user, and click "Add"

Keep in mind that you can give out Global access, for the person to have access to all the reports in the dashboard.
You can also provide Limited access for authors, when they would be allowed to see a report with their own content performance only. 

To delete access:

  1. Follow steps 1, 2 above
  2. Press "x" next to the e-mail you want to delete
